To allow a speedy and smooth support experience, we ask you to follow this process when logging a call.
- Please identify youself and the company you are calling from.
- Please identify the module in Stratum that you are having a problem with.
- Please submit any screen shots of your problems to email@example.com or start a “join.me” session in your browser.
- This is to allow our technical staff to view your issue.
- Our support team will respond to your need and assist you to close your query.
Our support team also manage all requests for upgrades from our customers.
- If you would like an upgrade please speak to one of our support team.
- They can inform you of your options and add your request to the next release schedule for Stratum.
Product Enhancement ProgramCustomers are the life blood of a business. At Stratum we place the customer first. That is why we have launched our product enhancement program. We invite our customers to take an active role in the direction of their software, that is running their business.
Customers can log product enhancement ideas with Stratum, via our normal support channels. We will take all suggestions onboard and evaluate which ones the market would like to see and which ones are wish list items. Transport Software is an ever changing requirement, so work with the best.
